Captain: Jean-Marc Bitouzet

Captain - Jean-Marc Bitouzet
Jean-Marc is a well known and respected Charter Captain with decades of experience. Jean-Marc has been at sea almost all of his life. Starting at the young age of five when his father built him his first optimist, he has never stopped sailing and racing sailing boats since. He learned how to sail in Africa and around St Malo in his home town of Brittany, Northern France. In 2001, Jean-Marc left the sailing world to join the large Motor Yacht industry, bringing his respect of the sea to begin the next chapter of his career. Having started his charter yacht journey in 1996, Jean-Marc will pass on his superb knowledge of the Mediterranean and Caribbean waters to his guests. He is a great host and will only be satisfied when you are happy with the service that his yacht and crew deliver. Jean-Marc has worked on board Pandion Pearl from her build, and welcomes you and your guests for an unbelievable trip with his magnificent crew.

Chief Engineer - Pierpaolo Micalizzi
Born and raised in Taormina, Italy, Pierpaolo started his career at sea as a cadet for Carnival Cruise Line, where he achieved a position in management and gained a wealth of seafaring knowledge. Over the last two years he has worked in the shipping industry and in shipyards, before moving into the yachting industry, working on board a sailing yacht before joining the crew on Pandion Pearl. He is dynamic individual, focused on his career and professional development whilst ensuring guests on board have the best vacation possible. During his free time Pierpaolo loves cycling and all watersports.

Chef - Olga Mileham
Olga has been passionate about food for as long as she can remember. She loves travelling and broadening her knowledge about other cultures, their way of life, but especially the food! She thrives on cooking and creating delicious food for guests. Her specialities include healthy dishes that look and taste extravagant. She also enjoys making home-made breads, yoghurts, jams and preserves that have been influenced by her adventures all over the world.

Chief Officer - Diego Perez
Born and raised on the beautiful island of Palma, Diego has always been close to the sea. His love for the ocean began on his family sailboat, which they would sail around the Balearics. He began his career on board charter yachts in 2017 as a Deckhand and was quickly promoted to Bosun, often leading guest trips and snorkelling adventures, entertaining the kids and facilitating exciting watersports activities. Since then Diego’s yachting career has gone from strength to strength and he joins us now on board Pandion Pearl as Chief Officer. he is a hardworking and highly motivated individual who maintains professionalism at all times, ensuring maximum enjoyment and relaxation for all guests. In his down time he loves being active, riding his motorbike and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Chief Stewardess - Lea Mariano
Originally from Asia, Lea moved to Italy at a young age and it was here that she discovered the world of yachting, where she has worked for the last 10 years. She has always had a passion for hospitality and has gained extensive industry knowledge and experience during her years on board. Friendly and always professional, Lea thrives on being around guests. She has a keen eye for detail and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. When the opportunity arises, she loves to be creative, offering her guests unique experiences to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Bosun - Marco Swanepoel
Marco was born in Sunny South Africa and has been in the yachting industry for over seven years. His love for the ocean pulled him towards it from a very young age and he began racing various sized boats and jetskis. Whilst travelling the world on delivery voyages of sail boats, he discovered his love for working at sea and then began his career in the superyacht industry. A self-declared ‘water baby’, Marco loves all watersports, especially where speed is involved! He is a very outgoing and energetic individual who loves meeting people from different cultures and learning new perspectives. He strives to achieve perfection for guests during their charter and always keeps them entertained.

Deckhand - Oliver Hammond
Ollie, 20 years old has been in the industry for 1 year, from a young age he has been teaching water sports such as windsurfing, E foils, paddleboarding and wake surfing from his hometown of Weymouth in England. He has a passion for water sports and progresses as much as he can in his downtime, mainly adrenaline-based sports such as surfing and windsurfing. He has a love for travelling and exploring the many countries and cultures he has been lucky enough to visit. His enthusiastic nature towards water sports and being on the sea makes for an amazing experience for anyone wanting to learn any water based sports from onboard Pandion Pearl.

Stewardess - Aisza Kolodziejczyk
Aisza was born in Warsaw, Poland and has a Masters degree in Psychology from Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities. During her studies she also worked as an HR Consultant, as well as participating in multiple volunteering programs which led her as far afield as Uganda. Her passion for travel and adventure then led her to the yachting industry, where she enjoys providing high quality service to create unforgettable holiday experiences for her guests. In her free time she loves diving, watersports and the outdoors, so life on the water suits her perfectly!

Stewardess - Marilèe Jordaan
Born in South Africa, Marilèe worked as an au pair alongside studying for a degree in Economics and Risk Management before her passion for hospitality led her to the world of yachting. Enthusiastic and a people-person, she loves to use her creativity and her keen eye for detail to communicate with her guests to provide outstanding service. In her previous role as stewardess on board motor yacht Aqua Princess she was an integral part of the crew, in charge of purchasing provisions, day to day bookkeeping, food prep, presentation and service as well as cleaning and detailing. An all-rounder and a true team player, Marilèe is an asset to the crew, she endeavours to ensure guests have the best possible time on board Pandion Pearl.
