Captain Nikos boasts an illustrious career in the maritime industry, spanning since 1981. Holding an A' class captain diploma, he has accumulated extensive sea miles navigating commercial ships across the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian Ocean, and the Mediterranean Sea.
For the past 24 years, Captain Nikos has been a stalwart in the yachting industry, dedicating half of that time to the family that presently owns M/Y OASIS. His association with the yacht commenced in 2015 following its sale.
With profound experience and an in-depth understanding of the Greek coasts and islands, Captain Nikos is well-equipped to ensure a secure journey for his guests. Beyond navigation, he derives pleasure from introducing guests to new and breathtaking destinations, aiming to transform their holidays into unforgettable experiences.
Captain Nikos holds an A' class captain diploma and his extensive maritime history
includes previous roles on notable yachts such as M/Y VOYAGER, M/Y PRINCESS,
M/Y ARMONIA, and M/Y ALLEGRO.

Giorgos Papagiannis

Born in 1977, Giorgos entered the yachting industry in 2006, becoming an integral part of the team alongside Captain Nikos. They have served together on the previous yachts owned by the family that currently possesses M/Y OASIS. Giorgos assumed responsibility for the yacht in 2015 following its sale.
Possessing a wealth of knowledge in deck duties, Giorgos is also an adept expert in fishing, diving, and various water activities. His enthusiasm is evident, and he takes great pleasure in ensuring guests thoroughly enjoy their time on the water.
Outside of his professional duties, Giorgos indulges in his passions, including scuba diving, hiking, and fishing during his leisure time.
Giorgos's maritime experience includes roles on previous yachts, namely M/Y ARMONIA and M/Y ALLEGRO.

Andreas Syntihakis

Andreas completed his studies at the Merchant Marine Engineering Academy, earning qualifications as a C Class Engineer, followed by Engineering Certificates for both B Class E.N. and A Class E.N. He is a highly educated mariner holding numerous valuable diplomas and certificates. Demonstrating exceptional knowledge and professionalism, Andreas consistently excels in managing all engineering duties and emergencies.
As a positive and easy-going crew member, he approaches his work with a great attitude and unwavering commitment. Andreas enjoys various activities in his leisure time, including swimming, basketball, hiking, and traveling.

In 2006, Dimitris graduated from Le Monde Institute of Tourism Studies with a degree in culinary arts. Before venturing into the yachting industry, he garnered experience at numerous luxury hotels and restaurants. Possessing true culinary expertise, Dimitris has always harbored a passion for cooking.
His proficiency extends to Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Italian and Greek, showcasing his extensive knowledge.
Notably, Dimitris is acclaimed for his signature dish, Lobster Pasta. His
approach to hospitality is rooted in making guests feel entirely at home and comfortable.
Outside of his culinary pursuits, Dimitris dedicates his free time to his family. His yachting experience includes service on M/Y SUMMER DREAMS, M/Y THIS IS MINE, and M/Y GEEPEE.

Athina Sersali

With over 10 years of yachting experience in a stewardess role, Athina consistently delivers the highest standards of luxurious service and interior management on board.
Notable among the latest Super Yachts she has contributed to are M/Y NAMASTE, M/Y OMEGA, where she served as a 2nd stewardess, and M/Y O’NATALINA, where she held the position of Chief Stewardess.
Athina's commitment to excellence is evident through her completion of multiple training modules, including Guest Wine, Bartending, and Mixology Introduction, Yacht Interior Basic Food Service, Yacht Interior Introduction Module, and Silver Service. Furthermore, she holds a Skipper’s Sailing Diploma.
Recognized as a reliable and hardworking team player with a keen eye for detail, Athina prioritizes the well-being of guests, attending to their comfort and fulfilling their requests. She possesses diverse interests, including cooking, music, traveling, and reading.
Stewardess
Nikoleta Koukoula

Nikoleta is a dynamic and flexible team player, known for her adaptability, energy, and eagerness to learn. During her inaugural Mediterranean season aboard M/Y Sanjana, she excelled in various interior duties, encompassing laundry, cabin turnovers, inventory detailing, guest meal preparation, and beverage service.
Additionally, Nikoleta holds a Cambridge English Certificate at Level 1 (Advanced), showcasing her proficiency in English. Beyond her yachting skills, she is actively engaged in sports, holding black belt in martial arts, specifically Kung Fu. Her diverse skill set and
commitment to continuous improvement make her a valuable asset to any team.
Stewardess
Victoria Shatokhina

Victoria brings a robust background in hospitality and customer service, having served in roles such as waitress, bartender, barista, and housekeeper. A positive, enthusiastic, and responsible individual, she eagerly embraces opportunities and challenges, aiming to continually expand her knowledge and experience in the industry. In her initial yacht role, Victoria served as a housekeeping/service stewardess, overseeing interior maintenance, laundry, and guest service. She successfully completed a season aboard M/Y CHRISTINA O.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Victoria is passionate about photography, interior design and decorating, traveling, and learning new languages. She is fluent in Russian, Greek, and English, showcasing her linguistic versatility. Her diverse skills and
multilingual proficiency make her a valuable asset in various settings.
AB Sailor
George Papadakos

George is an outgoing and well-organized deckhand, excelling in handling challenging situations and possessing negotiating skills. He holds a fast boat diploma, along with certifications in fire fighting, sea survival, and Ro Ro passenger operations.
George is a dynamic individual with a diverse background. With experience spanning various industries, including coffee shops, hotels, SPAs, and motor yachts, George's
versatility is evident. He has previously served as a deckhand on M/Y Vevecos
and M/Y Agios Andreas. Before his yachting roles, he contributed to the smooth
operation of Dia Noche Restaurant in Athens and Kayak, overseeing order checks,
staff management, invoicing, payments, and overall business operations.
George's hobbies include fishing, swimming, cooking, and reading, reflecting his well-rounded interests and skills beyond his professional expertise.

Stelios Triantafyllou

After completing his Marine Engineering studies at IEK NEAS SMYRNIS and serving 12 months in the Greek Navy, Stelios ventured into the yachting industry. A reliable and professional team player, he is dedicated to working diligently in the dynamic sailing environment. Stelios possesses excellent skills in handling tenders and water toys, ensuring every guest feels secure and comfortable under his guidance.
An accomplished rower, Stelios boasts 15 golden medals from kayak club races. In his leisure time, he indulges in fishing, swimming, and various sea sports. Fluent in both English and Greek, Stelios is well-equipped to communicate effectively in diverse settings.
